I had read somewhere the the term "spider" comes from a particular type 
of horse drawn cart that rather small and would go relatively fast as 
compared to the other carts. At least I think I read that at one time...

On another note, I solved my lack of stereo issue in my Berlina. My 
problem is that I can't stand most of the friggin' car stereos these 
days (who the heck needs a dolphin screensaver?!)...and I didn't want 
to cut the dash anymore than it had already been (the cassette deck in 
it didn't work). Solution...leave the old cassette deck in the dash and 
wire up the new cd player in the glove box..out of site.

Those two little 4 inch speakers on either side of the console work 
pretty good considering.
