Ebay Philly Berlina

There is an "early 70's" Berlina on ebay offered by seller "antferrari".  Does
anyone know anthing about this car or the seller?.  Says it's been sitting for
several years and appears to be in some sort of storage lot.

One another silly note, If I end up with this car, can some place in the
Philly (Lansdale) area for  temporary storage?

Anyone local who could check it out for me?
