Hey y'all,
 
I am replacing the rear axle limiting straps, with some difficulty!  Two
Phillip-head screws hold the strap to the body.  These two screws are stuck
severely.  I get the feeling that there is no easy solution, but I thought
someone here may have some suggestion or trick to help out.  Any ideas???
