Whenever our '65 Giulia TI piques the interest of an observer, I enjoy
pointing out the massive (stock) front sway bar; I can measure it at home
this evening, but it looks to me like one-inch plus in diameter. This may
qualify, as discussed in this fine forum before, as  Alfa's engineers'
intention to design road cars with somewhat soft springs, yet stiff sway
bars.
