164 Wheel bearings

It looks like my left front wheel bearing is beginning to go.  I've checked
the 164 web page but did not see anything out there to tell if I shoould do it
myself or have it done.  Anybody out there changed a front wheel bearing?  I
have the CD but have learned the hardway it is best to check to see if anyone
has real hands on experience.  My 164S is daily driver with 170,000 miles on
it.  I have a 80 mile each way commute (Logan to Salt Lake).  Figure I will
drive it till it drops!  Its got 100,000 on the clutch but while my commute is
long there are about 4 stop lights! So its basically 75 all the way!
