I don't know what a  GTB6 is, but I'm guessing that you mean a GTV-6. 
That relay on the pax side (I assume you mean the one mounted high up 
on the firewall near the back edge of the hood) does have a reputation 
for going bad and when it does the car won't start. You might try 
replacing it. Might not be the problem, but then, again, it just might 
and its one of the faster, easier jobs one will ever do on one's GTV-6. 
IAP has them, but you'll have to call as they aren't in the catalogue.
