Ummm, errrrrr, no.
6mm is the size of the stud for the distributor which takes a 10mm wrench on
the nut. 6 x 1.0 is the size and pitch.

Nothing fancy about the hold down stud, but you had better look in the
5 mm bin of studs at the hardware store. 10 mm is the size of the wrench
that
fits a 5 mm nut.
