I don't have a book to recommend directly, however you might try asking at 
the local community college or vocational technical school if they have one to 
recommend. 

Of course, you have to be prepared for the "Oh, we offer a class in that, why 
don't you sign up?" speech ... which might not be too bad a way to go, either.
