164B For Sale In Austin, TX (Not Running)

My mechanic (not an Alfa specialist but a great mechanic) has a black 164 
Base model (cloth interior) for sale for $1000. The body is in great shape. 
He is selling it for the original owner. He has all records since the day 
the owner took possession. The engine has locked up and neither the owner 
nor my mechanic wants to invest the time/money into it.

I took pictures if anyone is interested. The pictures are large.

I have no financial interest. Just trying to help my mechanic recoup some 
money.
