Re: Milano AC condensation.



Carmen:

Look to right above gas pedal you will see a rubber tube (about 1-1.5 cm diameter) running across blower motor housing. Place rags or container under & remove the top end that goes into condensate catch tray - expect 100 ml+ of water. Once water drained poke wire or use air to clear out hose to underside of car.

All this usually suggests that there is debris inside the blower - good to clear out and put mesh cover over inlet below windscreen. This also prevent potential fires from dry leaves & hot resistors (that just happen to reside in the same place!!)

Houston, TX - cold wet feet can be a constant problem 9 mths of year if hose blocked!!!
