Re: 164 LS Radiator Fan no go



Thanks for the replies - I have determined so far that the fuse box fuse and
the 40A strip fuse both seem to be good; the fan itself is getting 12 volts.
When the engine is hot, and I plug in the low sped relay, it clicks, like it
is activating the fan (?) but no fan activity.  And when I ground the brown
wire coming "from" the fan (I assumed this is the grounding wire to activate
the fan) I still get no fan activity (this wire too shows 12volts).  The afn
also does not come on when the AC is operating, like it should.  Any further
ideas?  How do I diagnose that the fan itself is actually the culprit?
