RE: shipping seats

Seats should be disassembled and packaged in sturdy box without too much
extra space inside (best fit for the size of seat) because shipping costs
vary widely based on the density of the package and size. Your best bet
could be UPS if the seats can go into packages that meet their maximum size
and weight limit. Larger ones would probably be cheapest on ground services
of Airborne http://www.airborne.com/USSvcs/USSvcsHome.asp?nav=USServices or
Fed Ex Ground http://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home?cc=US&language=en Compare
prices before shipping, and describe as used vehicle seats.

A LTL truck rate would be pretty high, class 85 if very dense and class 150
(about double) if only 4 to 10 pounds per cubic foot.
