164Q (4 valve)- "warm" start problem

I was wondering if I could get some advice on the following issue.  My 164Q 
starts perfect when cold and always runs great.  However, when it is warm, 
it doesn't start well at all.  Requires excessive cranking and fiddling 
around with the accelerator.

Does anyone know what the usual culprit is in this situation?  Thanks in 
advance...
