This could be just a siphoning problem. But in the Milano as I recall, 
the resevoir bottle is pretty high up and the fluid could completely 
siphon out. I think the nozzle is stuck partially open. Try cleaning the 
nozzle(s) with a strong cleaner, alcohol, or stronger to allow it to 
unclog and close? Pump a bunch of fluid/cleaner thru it. Good Luck.
