Water leaks to the footwell on Spider

Hello all,
 I washed my car last weekend and I noticed there were drops of water coming down from the clutch pedal. Can anyone tell me where the water could have come from when I was washing the car?
 No wonder in the rainy season, I saw puddle of water in the floor pan but I thought it came from the window seam or something.
