This is likely a scam. I read about it the newspaper about a year ago. I don't remember the details about how it works, but in the end you have no car and no money. Most "business" deals from west Africa seem to be scams. The entire country of Nigeria, for instance, seems to be involved in the "Nigerian Scam" whereby a "member of the Nigerian government" sends you an E-mail out of the blue offering to give you millions if you help him "invest" Money that has fallen into his hands as a result of some contractor default (or some similar windfall). I get at least three of those a week!

Just BE careful. And be especially careful if the buyer is from West Africa. It might be legit, but then again........
