RE POR-15

Although I've used POR-15 it hasn't been on long enough to know if it's
stopped the rust progressing.

However, it dries to a very tough, non-porous, shiny finish. For that reason
you may have trouble getting fibreglass to adhere to it.

Beware contact with skin and hair. It takes about two weeks to wear off !
