Your right, your post was uncalled for. All that ranting.

He posted an honest query. I know had I got the message I would have
wondered if you were still in business or not. Keep in mind, if a business
or individual quietly goes away, their bills don't get paid, and prior to
being disconnected for good they often give the temporary disconnect
message. After all, the phone WAS disconnected without warning.

The two posts I saw on this subject were verys straightforward. The first
had a little bitterness at apparantely waiting over a year for his order.
The other made reference to your reading AD. Both were reasonalbe, and
only needed a simple "I'm still here, problems with phone company due to
confusion about dates for relocating" reply. In fact, I think both wanted
confirmation you were still around, the second actually asked for you to
reply.
