I have just been through this problem. IAP have no more of the heater valves and are trying to source them, I do remember that Doug Sedon modified a (?)Honda/Toyota/etc etc(?) valve for his GTV-6, and I seem to remember that it was not too much trouble.............
	I just took the heater out of the loop so to speak and bypassed the valve, as well as making sure that my cooling system is working efficiently (cleaned out the radiator, replaced a fan, new coolant etc).
