Virginia sighting

If the owner of a white spider, plate "BSBL UMP", is on the list, I saw
you Thursday around 7pm on the 495 South near Arlington Blvd, headed
into the deluge... (I'm in town on business and was driving an ugly rental
box. Nice to see a "real" car in my travels!)
