with such a mild cam and limited cylinder filling i don't imagine
much benefit to such extreme settings unless possibly with forced
induction - in which case I would still question the specs you quoted.
99.5 would probably be your best choice for normally aspirated.
But it's a good reason for a test drive!
Freeloading......
I don't think it's the money - it's getting a volunteer to do the
extra work of posting the information to the web in a timely manner.
For me, whatever i do write, is intended to be shared freely ( and
discussed- if interested) I suspect that many people writing articles
feel the same way but possibly not always.
for the future, i think a sharp newsletter publisher would offer
this as an adjunct to the standard print version and posted immediately.

This extra cost should be wrapped into the budget for the
newsletter, as they are basically the same thing.
As for past issues..... somebody still has to sit there and do the
work.
Or not.....
