Thanks for the advice on checking that terminal box.  Interestingly, though
the cable was a little loosey-goosey, cleaning and re-fitting the cables did
not do the trick.
Unfortunately, that leaves the prospect of now removing one of the exhaust
manifolds just to even get a look at the durn thing.
