Tensioner Procedure

For some reason it was lost on everyone that this is not 'my' procedure, but
the collected efforts of everyone at Centerline.  When you call Centerline,
an Alfa owner picks up the phone(without exception), and some of their input
went into the procedure.  That said, why don't you search the archives, I'm
sure that it'll be in there.
