 or at least a professional musician, while i only
briefly broke into the professional category...

Sorry, back to alfa's...

Up here in the SF bay area the new dyno's are not in
effect yet, but will be in July I believe.  I guess
since LA's smog issues are worse you guys got them
first.

Most modern cars should be fine, it's the older SPICA
cars I worry about.  Especially a 75 model year, which
was never imported into California.  Most 75 CA cars
had catalysts, whereas mine doesn't.  I'm hoping they
test it to 74 standards, but I'm not holding my
breath.  Even the 74's often need to be leaned out to
pass, then retuned to run properly.

I forget where the original poster was from... but
he's not in for a fun process.
