Misfire...

I may have missed some of the previous work that you did, but have you tried slightly pulling the #4 plug wire off? Sometimes, the large air gap will up the actual spark energy so that it will fire...

I'm not sure if you are confident in doing this, but have you also thought about swapping injectors from #3 to #4? The are not too hard to take out, but you do have to be careful in that you will be spilling fuel around the engine- so do it cold.

Thinking of possible leaks: I like the idea of checking the brake booster line- while it does supply the whole plenum, it is right next to the #4 runner. Perhaps you can pull the booster line, and plug the whole. On that same note, your idle speed control fitting may be leaking as well, and its right next to the brake booster line.

Briefly playing with the EFI on our spider, I've noticed that this engine does NOT like to idle lean at all, so it wont take much to make it not fire. (one more nail in the emissions coffin...).
