Notes:

You need to pull the center exhaust to get to it. It is very likely that the bushing has frozen in place and the bolt has worn the hole ovoid. I didn't have time to order a new one, so I chucked mine in a lathe and bored it out to fit a larger diameter bolt. I suppose a ream would work too. You'll probably want to have a new dust boot on hand too.
