IIRC one spline equals 1.5mm in ride height.  That means rotate one spline
at EACH end of the t/bar in the SAME direction.  There are more splines at
one end than the other (34/35?) so you effectively get a rotational vernier
effect.

If you need I can scan the relevant Alfetta manual pages and send them on.
