Re: V6 Belt tensioner
I am leaning toward the ZAT tensioner because:
1. It works and I have heard of no broken belts from its use
2. I don't have an old roller from a hydraulic tensioner
3. I do my own work and the cost and bother of a valve job is a big fear
factor
4. I have not heard of a better idea.
So, does any have a roller from the hydraulic tensioner to sell/donate?
Better still, has anyone come up with plans that I could take to a local
machine shop or WOULD SOMEONE BE INTERESTED IN MAKING A BATCH FOR LIST
ALFISTI?
Don
PS - Anyone know what the equivalent Saab engine uses?
