Jeff,
I assume you checked the first 8 fuses in the fuse box; they are
notorious for corrosion on their contacts. Also, the fuel injection
system has two pigtail fuses, one near the ignition coil, and the 
other near the two computers behind the passenger seat under the
parcel shelf carpet. There is also a "main relay, S28" somewhere near
the injection computer which provides power to the computer and to
the injectors. One injector terminal is always +12 and the other
terminal goes to the computer which connects to ground to fire the 
injector. If no +12 power at the injectors then its gotta be that
pigtail fuse near the computer or a broken wire back to the battery.
