    Ralph - sounds like it's out of time, but you say you've checked that.
It's been sitting for a while - are you sure the carbs aren't gummed up or
the float valves stuck closed?  Did you verify that there is gas in the
float bowls and that the pump jets are working?  Try squirting some starting
fluid down the throats?  If you're getting spark and it's close to being in
time, it should fire on starting fluid.  HTH.  Good luck, Ron.
