Synthetic auto tranny fluid recommendations

Hey gang,


I would like to flush and replace the ATF in the
tranny of my Saab 9000 (which I believe is the same
box as the 164) and I'm looking for real world
experiences and recommendations.  I'm having some
issues with the tranny and want to start by flushing
the fluid, and I'd like to go with a synthetic fluid.
