Be patient with them.  They are understaffed and over-busy, but very 
knowledgeable and helpful.

Windshield washer tank in earlier Spiders just lifts straight up - wedge 
shaped bump in back of tank slides into wedge shaped bracket on right-side of 
firewall.  It's possible the later cars changed.
