164: hydraulic T-belt tensioner

Dear Friends,  I was on the path to replacing the mechanical tensior on 
my '91 164 with a fixed tensioner--"Stay Belt Tensioner"-- from Alfa 
Heaven. This requires the bearing/roller from the original hydraulic 
tensioner which Alfa/Florida had in stock.  However, I still need the 
adjusting plate which attaches to the bearing with 2 allen bolts, now 
discontinued.  Would anyone be able to help me out with a used plate?
