Stuck crank nut

Well after working on the nut for a couple of hours
using heat, 250ft-lbs impact gun, penetrating oil and
a 8 foot cheater bar (enough torque to bend the
breaker bar (1" solid steel) the nut still would not
move.

So, I had to use brute force and chuck up a carbide
cutter in a dremel and grind the nut off. Once I
ground through one side of the nut, I hit it with a
cold chisel to expand the nut, then finally I was able
to unthread the nut.

Thank you for all of your suggestions.
