any good hardware store should have a selection of grommets in their
fastener section.

i have a nice box of different sized plastic grommets i bought from Pegasus
Auto Racing Supplies years ago, it also includes useful plastic clips. like
everything from Pegasus, i probably paid too much for it, but it's very
convenient.

i just found it -- "Hole Bushing and Cable Clamp Assortment, Part No. 4307"

bushings from 1/4"OD (1/8"ID) to 1" OD (3/4"ID), clamps from 1/8" to 7/8"
