Composite parts and some Ducati content

How about having bumpers and other needed parts done as a kit to convert 
US-bupered cars to Euro form?

Anybody researched which parts, besides bumpers themselves, needs to be 
done? Brackets, lists, grill?

Or does anybody have suggestion where to get that chrome list on center of 
US rear bumper?
