my '91 164S FS for $3200 in nj

Abt 130k miles, on 2nd clutch, belt/pump done 30 some k miles ago.
Runs great, plenty powerful, chipped, shankle headers, CD changer, built-in
radar detector, AC converted to 134 and worked well last summer.  Never a
problem starting.  I need $ and have 3 vehicles on the road already.  airbag
light started blinking, but I know the module is new, so must be contacts or
?
A local Alfa/etc dealer owner stopped by today (in a red new Maser spyder
neverless) and offered "mid-2k".. so I think at $3200 it's in a "steal"
category.
Prefer local buyer w. cash.
