Actually the first year for the Kamm tail in the US was 71. The 69 was
still a BoatTail. The Duetto was the first BoatTail and was produced in both
67 and 68. It had a 1600 engine and dual Webers. The 69/70 BoatTail was the
first year to have the Spica Fuel Injection and had a 1750 engine. The 69
BoatTail is often identified as a Duetto. It is not a Duetto technically,
but the two model did look very much alike.

As for production numbers, the Sports Market Newsletter sez there were
15,047 of both of the BoatTail version produced. Unfortunately the number
produced for the later Kamm
tail versions. I strongly suspect there were a lot more of the Kamm Tails
made however.
I further suspect that the reason that there are more of the BoatTail
spiders around has to do with value. That probably also means that a lot of
the Kamm Tail spiders have been scraped or abandoned. That could also
increase the value of the available parts such a bumpers etc. Guess my only
real suggestion for finding a bumper for you car is to contact APE Alfa
Parts Exchange. They do have an amazing of hard to find parts.

Good luck,
