Alfa in Oakland

I'm trying to buy an Alfa in Oakland and would like some expert assistance 
in evaluating and inspecting it. The car is located in El Sobrante, Ca. 
Unfortunately, I am in Kansas City. My intent is to fly to Oakland and pick 
up the car based on expert advice. I noticed the owner just posted it again 
on Ebay.
If any of you have time and are located near the car, you could certainly 
help a prospective Alfa owner. It looks like a decent car and you might have
