Brake Pads - Spider

I checked over the Spider on my return from Roebling and I note that the
Mintex brand front pads are about worn to the point that they should be
replaced.  That's a good thing because that means that I'm driving
"harder" on the track and having to use the brakes more -- Roebling is a
course that can be pretty easy on brakes until you crank it up a few
notches.

My understanding is that VIR is not so easy on the brakes so I'm looking
for a recommendation for a good street/track day pad.  Since I have to
drive the car there, I can't use a track-only pad.  The rotors are
nearly new (less than 3000 miles).  Any suggestions?
