decent thermostatic actuator for sale?

Anyone have a good thermostatic actuator to sell or trade?  The one in my 73
Berlina protrudes only to about 23mm at full temp, a couple mm short.  The
pin doesn't protrude at all when cold, in fact is recessed a couple mm.  The
car runs OK with it, but I'd rather have a better one.  Thanks for any
leads.
