AR Public. N. PA 2910 - 2/81 - 1000 labeled "inspection specifications"
shows two circuit diagrams -- "of cars W/O A/C", p 77, and "of A/C
equipped cars" p 79.

The diagram "without" shows only one fan; the diagram "with" shows the two
fans; also shows the relay with the additional 87b contact......

Now this booklet <is> printed in English -- whether European cars W/O A/C
are so wired is uncertain, but it seems probable.

As well, I suppose the numbering indicates October '81 -- whether later
cars were so wired is also unclear (but at least US '84 <was> wired in
accordance).
