The difference between the ecu's from 94 to 95 is that the 95 ecu has the cirquitry for the air injection system (a smog control device).  We believe that the 95 ecu can be used in a 94 car with no difference but the 94 ecu in a 95 car would render the air injection system inoperative.  We have not verified this by actual testing, though.
