RE: V.V.T. Checking



Update!  It looks like my v.v.t. is working correctly.  In the 91, the
engine needs to be running.  When I kick the throttle, I can see the plunger
move in and out.  On this model, the throttle doesn't need to be at the WOT
position.  Just blipping the throttle caused the plunger to react.

I did notice that there was about a 1/8" gap between the plunger and the rod
that actuates the v.v.t.  I adjusted this according to the manual.  I will
take it for a little spin a little later on to see if it made any
difference. At least I have the piece of mind that it is working.
