Importing Race Cars

What are the rules to importing race cars? I know that many of the cars we
would desire to import are those we want to drive on the street.
I have always wanted to import an Tropheo Alfa Sud race car for years. So what
is the process, costs etc. Anyone ever done this?

What are shipping costs to bring cars from South Africa? They have some nice
examples but I wonder what the freight would cost me to bring a car from
there?
