Hi Greg:

That's the cursed Spica monofarfalla (single-butterfly throttle) motor from an '80 - '81 US Spider. A nasty motor, fit for neither man nor beast, but the performance lost in the fuel injection was slightly offset by the gains offered by the first of the VVT intake cam systems (actuated by oil pressure, rather than by the solenoid of the later VVT).

Posted on Ebay is an engine that features induction equipment that is unknown
to me. Please take a look at item no. 1875959603; this is very interesting,
and seems as though it may have been for one of Alfas off-road vehicles. Any
ideas?
