'84 GTV6 for sale, SF Bay Area

I've just taken possession of a '63 Mini, and despite it's very small
size, it takes up enough room that it's pushing my GTV6 out of the garage.

This is a well-cared for car, but it's a driver, not a show car. Metallic
black, with a black leather interior. Uncracked dash. Interior is in
very nice shape. Exterior is decent, but there are some blemishes here
and there. Nothing major, but enough that it would cost significant money
to make it like new. No rust at all anywhere. The car has resided in
California for at least five years, and probably has since new.

Mechanically, it has a recently rebuilt transaxle (lightened gears
done by Merritt Cardin), fresh wheel bearings, new Optima battery.
The timing belt was replaced 25K miles ago. New mechanical tensioner.
One-piece head gaskets with a Shankle Sure Seal oil bypass kit. Car has
been lowered with Shankle rear springs. I'm not sure if the front springs
are stock or aftermarket parts (lowering done at least two owners ago).
New Stebro all-stainless exhaust. 115 spherical caster bearings in
place of the rubber bushings. Guibos show no cracks and the driveline
runs very, very smoothly.

New windscreen (old one cracked by flying debris during a windstorm),
which doesn't have a radio antenna. The ignition switch is a bit
flaky. The A/C is dry, and the clutch disconnected. Probably needs
a new compressor, I've never bothered with it. Has a Momo Monte Carlo
steering wheel. I have another, thinner-rimmed Momo that's a bit larger
in diameter, but I don't have the stock wheel.

Located in San Mateo, the car has 95K miles on the clock.

Asking $5000.
