FWD heavy inside tire wear

Hi,

The tires on my car are wearing very heavily on the side - so much so
that it looks like their rubbing on something.

 

I can't find anything that can be doing it.

 

The tires are worn heavily at like a 45 degree angle, that looks like
someone has cut the edge off.

Its about 0.5 inches along the side and bottom of the tires.

 

Has anyone see this sort of thing before and what causes it ?

 

I was thinking of putting less toe out when I get the new Pirelli
PZero's install tomorrow.
