Re: oil pressure sender resistance?
Bill,
The subject car is a Milano, Yes? This info is for the 164 which may be of
help. The wires to the oil level sensor of Grey-red and black (ground).
The oil level sensor does operate with the opening of the bi-metal strip.
This operates the idiot light on the instrument console - square light with
dip stick graphic.
The pressure signal comes from a separate sensor. The red circle light at
the left edge of the pressure guage is the no pressure "idiot-panic light" .
At any rate - grey-red and black.
