there's a good article on dan's web site on the subject. you will want to
add relays, and upgrade the wiring that is supplying current to the lights
to about 12 gauge if you want to support higher than stock wattages. the
project is somewhat tedious, but straightforward. i did it in stages so
that my gtv would remain usable.

an extra bonus is added longevity for the light control switch on the
column, which in stock non-relay setups is handling way too much
current for its own good.

yes. you can take 5 1/4 high beams and install them in the "fog light"
openings and wire them to go on in parallel with the highs.

while the factory calls the inner lights fog lights, and wired them for
fog light style operation, the truth is that the above bumper placement
is poor for fogs and good for driving lights.
